We all start the year off with great expectations. We'll spend more time with family, shift a few kilos, plan and carry out an extended family holiday with military precision, we'll save more - the list goes on.
Now we're at the mid-year point, these goals may resemble the stuff of an overactive mind after a few egg nogs around Christmas. But don't let the ambition of your resolutions get you down, especially if you're not tracking as closely as you'd like to them.
The mid-year review, familiar to many of you in the corporate world, is as applicable to your personal goals and strategies as it is in the boardroom. Especially if you've never shone a light on yourself like this before.
So where do you start? How should you structure this conversation with your loved ones? I broke down the steps with Carolyn Wright on RTHK recently, listen below.
P.S. I mention a Summer Checklist on the interview, which can be found here.
